Brief Description.

As Confucius observed “A man who does not think and plan long ahead , will find trouble right at his door”. The message here is that planning is of vital importance in every walk of life. It is needed in teaching , organization , administration , governance and even in business. Consequently , planning in education is an extremely important activity as it forms the basis of all programmes of quantitative and qualitative improvement
